Feel free to join the group and post your signs. I love those giant highway billboards along the coast way south of LA. I've always wanted to get a picture of the southbound ones right that are right by the ocean, near Oceanside I think. Apparently, I need to be cautious because people run out of the water and into the highway. Maybe they're flying through a wormhole from Hawaii or something. Or maybe they're mer-people.

Re: Why Flickr Rules, Part 2

Cool group! I won a coffee-table book from this contest last year: http://weblog.signonsandiego.com/weblogs/garage... (I had sent in the wrong link on that last one, it was supposed to be http://www.flickr.com/photos/joel_garry/1425406... and he properly ignored this famous one http://www.flickr.com/photos/joel_garry/1425406... ) The one I wish I had gotten was http://articles.latimes.com/2008/jul/26/local/m... don't know if it is still up since I'm taking the train. (for the record, I think the minutemen are jerks)
