The bit about selling to users vs. organizations fits much more closely with the New Web message that I'm preaching.  I like the Sharon Stone analogy applied to the software gorillas; I actually LOL'ed. Perhaps a better way to say what I was thinking would be to suggest that MISO should be adopting a widget framework that supports deployment to Facebook (and others) for deployment.
