As people who are young now mature in the work place, I expect they will keep their tried and true communication media, pushing we emailers to the fringes. &lt;br&gt;I don't think IM can replace email entirely, due to its spotty logging and burst-like nature. Your comment has prompted me to think about a part 2 piece, so thanks.
