That guy did some pretty amazing work. Rock on, thanks for sharing this.

Re: Garfield Minus Garfield = Win

Another weird twist on this idea... this guy digital removed garfield from the entire Christmas special.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjW8lpvrwYc

Definitely worth a look. It's long, but you gotta give him credit. He went for it. And then "big twist ending" is also worth a nod.

Re: Garfield Minus Garfield = Win

Yeah, +1 for not squashing creativity and seeing how G-G benefits both parties.

Re: Garfield Minus Garfield = Win

Jake, thanks for the tip on GMG. It's especially cool that Jim Davis has been so supportive of what is essentially a kind of open, unsolicited collaboration.

Re: Garfield Minus Garfield = Win

I am not. Good stuff.

One thing I like about GMG is how much the strip changes. It's frequently dark and depressing, and then, absolutely nonsensical.

Plus, it's quick and easy to read, which makes it a good feed for me :)

Re: Garfield Minus Garfield = Win

Jake, are you familiar with Lasagna Cat?

http://www.lasagnacat.com
